- Immediately after “the Fall of mankind” God promised Adam and Eve the coming of a Savior.
“So the LORD God said to the serpent, "Because you have done this, "Cursed are you above all livestock and all wild animals! You will crawl on your belly and you will eat dust all the days of your life. And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel." (Genesis 3: 14-15)
- In 700BC, Isaiah, one of the greatest prophets, prophesied about the coming of Christ Jesus, “The Light of Hope.”

- The wise men from the east came and worshipped Jesus.
“After Jesus was born in Bethlehem in Judea, during the time of King Herod, Magi from the east came to Jerusalem and asked, "Where is the one who has been born king of the Jews? We saw his star when it rose and have come to worship him." (Mathew 2:1&2)
- God chose those whom the religious elite would not accept.
- Jesus is “The Light of Hope” for all people who live in darkness today.
- Many today, as in the past need the Hope that Jesus brings.

- Remain close to “The Light of Hope”-Jesus
“Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.” (James 4:7-8)
